I don't like advertising to social media facebook and instagram I find them visible in the sidebar without having requested them. It is the second time that after a few days they appear on their own, they start getting tired of me.

I'm pretty irritated about this spam too, but at least it's possible to disable it in settings. Or it should be, until something updates again and disables user preferences to force the spam again.
