Opera zooms in and our on scroll when opt/alt is held.
(Also with trackpad two finger scroll).

I keep accidentally zooming in and out of pages and it's very annoying.

How can we disable this?

The only official opera answer given so far was given by @kmielczarczyk in 2016

This is a system feature, not the browser.

If it's a system feature, Why is Opera the only browser with this behavior?

Even if it is a system feature, it's still reasonable to ask here how do we turn it off since it's only manifesting in Opera.
