Since I use a mac, I used the mac functionality where you can hold down a letter key and the associated special characters appear to be selected from. (e.g. holding down the "a" key will bring up a mini-menu letting you select a with a left accent, a with a right accent, a with a macron, etc.) However, since I recently updated Opera, this functionality no longer works in the browser. It still works elsewhere on my computer. Is there any way to bring this functionality back? Other ways of typing special characters are annoying and time-consuming.</p>
