<![CDATA[Time zone setting?]]>Is the time zone setting non-user changeable? Right now, it's 6 hours off -- I should be EST (GMT-5), but it's showing up as GMT +1. Not using any proxies or anything, so my IP address should be in an EST region also...

Usually the forum figures out your time zone from the IP address, but it is not always correct.

I'd prefer being forever Zulu. Nothing wrong in having a single global time as universal: most people know their "+" very well, + somebody moves sometimes, let alone idiots in charge to "move time" 3:-O
