A spinner, or other indication of activity, would be useful when a find query is submitted and the results are yet to be displayed. Preferably in the space reserved for search result summary text like "1 of 16" or "No matches found"

Add a spinner to the "find on page" bar when the browser is indexing/searching the page. The spinner could be where the search results summary is.

Justifications:

When searching a large page there is no indication of activity

User may assume there are no results when its still searching

Stale/wrong search result summary could be replaced by spinner (e.g. "0 of 1" or "16 of 0") instead of fixed
