It looks like (but isn't) aloe vera, or a kind of agave.

They all etiolate quite a bit due to my den conditions.
The mini-cacti (and the urchin) share the sill with an array of dieffenbachiae. They etiolate too as it seems - generally, or at least it's the summer from hell to blame.

I love cacti; but they need more light. I like dieffenbachiae, but they need more space.
