<p dir="auto">The startup of Opera shows the following:</p>

<p dir="auto">Speed dial - 6 websites and 3 folders (3 websites, 2 websites, 2 websites)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">Suggestions</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">When Opera is launched, until the above is shown, the temperature will surge up to 70C, hence the laptop fans will go crazy in a brief moment, then come back down when seemingly the launch is completed. This happens when it only starts with the start page and no other tabs from previous session are loaded.</p>
<p dir="auto">Is any CPU utilization can be further optimized to avoid a 'full blown' usage like this? Rather,  a 'gentler' process is possible?</p>
