However, when I try to load it in Opera I get:

An error occurred when installing the extension: Download interrupted with reason: FILE_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILED

I can find no way to tell Opera about this. I won't use a browser without it. If anyone can bring this to their attention so it can be fixed, I would appreciate it. Until then I will be advising people to avoid Opera because they don't have an active support department.
