Encrypt only synced passwords with your Opera credentials

What If I change my Opera Account password? Will it automatically cascade settings to the encrypted passwords in the account or will they get reset and I had to start all over again?

Precisely I am looking to see what are the pros and cons between using a Passphrase and Opera Credentials to encrypt the passwords in the account.
