I think he was asking about blocking sites from reloading their pages periodically, like Twitter, and some online games do.</p>
<p dir="auto">What you're experiencing sounds more like pages being discarded because of low memory and then being reloaded (probably the from cache, not the web).</p>

Opera Mini doesn't have this feature but Opera has. If I go to another tab &amp; come back to previous tab then that following webpage got automatically refreshed without asking me. And there has no way to opt-out from it.</p>
