@tique07 Maybe something is slowing down Opera? Check security softwares like antivirus.

I have disabled Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. I don't have any other security programs
The problem has not been solved: Opera is always slow

@tique07 Any examples of pages where the download is slow? Here I could never reproduce such issues.

here you'll find a 2Gb file for the test.
I tried download this file myself with Opera (100 Mb 7 minutes) and Google (all 2 Gb 4 minutes). Unbelievable. There will certainly be a reason, but which one ??
I do have Opera 67.0.3575.97 Windows 10 Pro 64bit v.1909

@tique07 I've downloaded it twice and it took about 8. 10 minutes to finish the downloads.

Found the explanation, I downloaded while VPN was active/on.
Great teaching, read the guide first, opera help says VPN could affect the speed of your connection.
Download the 2GB file I got the same values with Opera (VPN off), Firefox and Google (4-7 minutes)
Instead Tor took about 30 minutes.
