Expected behavior: As with previous versions of Opera and all versions of Chrome, Firefox, etc., very little lag even when pasting extremely long links, at most 1 seconds.

Actual result: Extreme delay when pasting links, seemingly proportional to the length of the link. The example link hangs opera for about 5-10 seconds. During this time it is not responsive whatsoever.

I've tried a few mitigation actions. The "Paste and Go" option has no lag associated with it, so the issue is probably in some new feature that tries to suggest something or otherwise parses the URL actively. I've tried disabling auto-search in the address bar and other similar features but nothing seemed to directly fix the issue.

Please resolve, this is incredibly annoying!
