I use Signal service: https://signal.org/fr/ I like it. It’s similar to Whatsapp & Telegram with less tracker, as you can see:

We definitely need Signal integration. For me personally, it's the messaging app I use the most. I'm trying to avoid Facebook as much as possible, and Signal is pretty much the only non-Facebook-owned messaging app that's secure as well.
