<![CDATA[Playback issues on YouTube]]>I have reinstalled my windows recently and I've been getting playback error on both twitch and youtube, for some reason it just refuses to work even following some guides I found on google, nope, nothing came out of it

twitch:
This video is either unavailable or not supported in this browser. (Error #4000)

No matter what I do it just stays like this, I'd appreciate a help if someone knows a fix

Use a descriptive and relevant title for new threads. Try to use at least three words in the thread title.
