<![CDATA[Windows updates or Opera updates... what caused the problem?]]>I don't usually install Windows updates but I let Windows install a few of them yesterday. I immediately started seeing strange problems such as I could not access the browser from my Mozilla Thunderbird email client until I specified which program for it to use. That has never happened before.

And now, when I click on my bookmarks, I only get a few old ones that say they were imported from Windows Explorer and all the rest of my bookmarks are not there unless I click on "Open full Bookmarks view" then they all are there like nothing ever happened.

Is there a way to fix the bookmarks feature?
