[Request] Expand+ trigger box for new tab button in URL bar

Very small but helpful QOL change would be extending the new tab button in the URL bar to the top of the screen. As usually when I am opening a new tab, my mouse is anchored to the top of the screen, this disorients me as you must position the cursor further.
