<![CDATA[Opera 67.0.3575.53 strange behaviour when entering URL]]>Since updating to 67.0.3575.53 I have notice some strange behaviour when entering a URL.
I have a few sites that log 404 errors and I noticed that since updating whenever I enter a URL for every key press the browser is actually navigating to the site in the background and this is before I press enter.
For example I will type:
https://www.doman.com/h -> will log a 404 without pressing enter
https://www.doman.com/ho -> will log a 404 without pressing enter
https://www.doman.com/hom -> will log a 404 without pressing enter
https://www.doman.com/home -> will log a 404 without pressing enter
https://www.doman.com/home. -> will log a 404 without pressing enter
https://www.doman.com/home.p -> will log a 404 without pressing enter
https://www.doman.com/home.ph -> will log a 404 without pressing enter
https://www.doman.com/home.php -> page exists so no 404 logged, press enter and go to site

This strikes me as strange behaviour from a data usage side and also a server load side. If a user is entering a URL they hit the server multiple times before even getting to the page they want. Also this traffic is not logged on the network tab of the developer tools.

This is only since version 67. I had another laptop which had version 66 on it. It had no problem but as soon as I updated to 67, it did the same thing. I have no extensions install and all the predictive search settings are disabled.
Also did a clean install of Opera 67 and it did the same thing. I am on Windows 10 64 bit.

Anyone able to replicate this and find it strange.
