It's right under Startpage, after the setting for max number of columns, above the hardware acceleration setting.</p>

<p dir="auto">go to Settings, then click outside the search box. Using the keyboard, press</p>
<p dir="auto">up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, A, B</p>
<p dir="auto">... to enable Power User mode. Confirm the dialog that appears. Scroll down in Settings to the startup options, there should be a check box there for this.</p>
