Get to know our new terms before they take effect on Mar 31 2020' and there are 'review' and 'got it' options.

I click 'got it' but the pop re-appears the next time the browser is opened and Google is used again.

Is there a way to permanently block this pop-up from re-appearing? I am not using Private Browser mode,

If so, then the answer is yes, you will need to wait for Google to stop showing the banner.

It only appears the first time that the browser is open (the banner does not re-appear if additional tabs are opened during the session) but it does re-appear if the browser is closed and re-opened.

If I insist on clearing cookies, will I have to wait until Google removes the banner?
