So basically:

Downlaod the offline installer of an old version

Turn off your internet connection

Run the installer

Rename the opera_autoupdate.exe in the related sub-folder in Opera's installation directory

Turn on your internet connection

Since I've updated Opera to version 67.0.3575.53 the Pop-Out player doesen't work anymore.
That means when the flag is disabled (like it has to be in the older Versions) and I press the button to pop out the Window the old Window pops up but frezzes shortly after that, the main Window (e.g. Youtube player) works properly.

When the flag ist set on Default or Enabeld (like you said it should be) and I press the button to pop out the Window a black Window pops out in the right corner of the screen and the main Window turns black aswell but the Video contiues (I think so because the sound is still there)..

I hope you have enough information to solve the problem.
