<![CDATA[Opera install file is not working]]>Good day.
Opera download/upgrade initial file which is downloading initial setup file never works for me!
I need full file link, this is happening everytime I need to update.

There is nothing Opera could do about it, you - or whoever has administrator rights on your network - would need to change settings in the firewall to allow it.
