popup video not working on league of lagends

I have only downloaded opera GX to use the popup future but it's not working on the only game i play so is it going to get fixed or it will never work on league of legends (if is for gaming it should really work and pleas verified it with RIO so no one get banned for using it as third party program ) I home you'r still working on opera GX it is a cool concept.

@aladdenger i was looking for an answer 2 but i couldn't find one so i just went in league and tried changing some settings for it to work .Eventually the thing that made it work was changing my league window to borderless while in game ,this dosent change the appearance of the game at all or so iv noticed .
