Also typing in adress bar, the letters show a couple seconds later.</p>
<p dir="auto">Before today Opera would open instantly.</p>
<p dir="auto">I've tried reinstalling etc but it still slow, also I have black borders on all sides of my screen.</p>

<p dir="auto">laptop or Destop</p>
<p dir="auto">what graphic card - amd or older ati/intel hd/nvidia/ect..</p>
<p dir="auto">when boot 'n up do ya have borders around your desktop..</p>
<p dir="auto">or just when ya open the opera browser.. *i assume its just when ya open opera 's veiw maximized - then the bolders show..</p>
<p dir="auto">what happens if ya - Just tap on F11 to enter Opera's fullscreen mode and F11 again to exit it</p>
<p dir="auto">do borders go away..</p>
