Facebook are currently working on a new security feature for the mobile app which I can confirm requires fingerprint or PIN entry to open the application on a mobile device. It would be worth asking them if this can be extended to PC too. Maybe via the use of your phone for a TFA style authentication using the already provided security features due to come out. (I know these to be working really well as am part of the whatsapp beta program.)

Either way, I do not believe this to be a request for the Opera development team.
