High CPU 166% (no tabs open)

Opera is doing this on my laptop as well as on my PC now, it's doing this on and off but lately it's always doing this. It makes Opera annoying to use.

This bug has been following me for years now but I can never seem to fix it. Restarting browser, PC, update, it comes back again and again.

Any suggestions or should I just switch browsers, Vivaldi seems appealing but Opera is just slightly better as of now.

Version:66.0.3515.44
Opera is up to date

However, the version doesn't really matter, it happens all the time annoyingly enough.

I think that CPU use is probably for some background process though I am not sure about it, since I've never experienced something like that.
