I don't know who thought of this brilliant "feature" but for me, it's a bug.
If anyone has a problem with my judgement, please uncover the idiot who is behind this "feature".

And how the fuck do you turn this annoying shit off?

select the O Menu in the upper left corner of the window > click Settings (Alt + P) > Advance > User interface..

In the User interface section - scroll down to - (Scroll to the top of the page by clicking the active tab) slide switch to the left.. to turn off.
