During this period, Opera will "freeze" or "not responding" and it recovers back.

What settings in Opera:config to set this wait before timeout period ?

For example, in this screenshot, Opera waits 4.2s for each of 3 png files. Then it reports "No request made. All data was retrieved from cache without accessing the network."
