I made an up to date fresh windows 10 install (1909), installed Opera GX, didin't put any extension at all and after I restarted the PC when I try to run it opens and closes on its own a few time and stays closed, I don't get any error report.
Normal Opera browser runs perfectly.
I can get to run GX on Safe Mode.
