<![CDATA[Opera not stopping most cookie dialogs]]>Hello All!

I'm using Opera 55.2.2719.50740 on a Redmi Note 5 phone with Android 9 and MIUI 11.0.3.

In the menu Settings > Ad Blocking I have active ad blocking enabled as well as Block Cookie Dialogs and Automatically accept cookie dialogs. Yet cookie popups keep appearing in most webs I visit. These are a couple examples:
www.caranddriver.com
www.rae.es

Can anything be done on my end to prevent these from appearing? Or is it possible to report them somehow? Browsing is becoming unbearable with so many notifications for cookies, adding the site to my start page, Google translator and so on.
