Hi, I'm a KDE user, apology for my poor English first that isn't my mother tongue.
I use Opera over 10 years but I see Opera still not adapt KDE Desktop well, the GTK appearance is inappropriate for it.

      1.Warn Dialog

      2.Save as Dialog
      Opera only use GTK Dialog.

      It's Opera

      It's Chromium

      3.Titlebar buttons
Firefox & Chromium both use kde windows setting, but Opera not.

      4.Download menu button
When I increase DPI && Max Opera window, the download menu button will be hidden.

DPI set 120 (default 96), and Opera is not full window, the button is here.

DPI set 120 , and Opera is full window, the button is hidden.
(the bug happen on win10 too, but solved at opera 65)

I have set GTK app style as KDE, but still unharmony.

Opera is a powerful browser, and I will still use it.
But I see Chrome & Firefox solve appearance bug on Linux one by one,
I hope Opera can do it too!

Please engineers to fix the problems
      Thank you very much

      Manjaro Linux x64
      KDE 5.17.5
      Opera 66.0.3515.27

I actually use Manjaro and that's exactly how it appears. Even the icons are non-standard on the download tab.
