I tried looking up if I could recover some data where opera extension data is stored but what's gone is gone. this app has not been updated since 2015 so we should have seen this coming, maybe lol
I am looking at TabSession Manager, tabXpert, or Tablerone, something more up to date to use moving forward. But I may make a habit of saving useful tabs/links in folders as bookmarks in opera and let them sync with my opera account.
Oh well 🤷‍♂️ Let me know what you decide to use

The extension is completely unreliable and it will dump everything people save all of a sudden without warning for everyone that uses it at some point in time. Right after it happened I could still see "sessions" and "saved groups" but I have since removed the extension/add on so I don't know what it looks like now. Some of the stuff I can be ok with losing and other stuff I really needed after doing hours of research to acquire it. Life and tech is not perfect but we shouldn't have to back up a back up with a backup. I mean that's the entire extensions purpose.

Each windows tabs are no separated anymore. Not sure if this app will be updated to fix these issues but this was only one I preferred.

If there is a limit to storage then there should be a warning before tab hamster erases all of people's extremely important info. Absolutely beyond unacceptable.

For instance, I want to have 3 or 4 groups depending on needs (Personal, Work, Investing, Games etc) and be able to load them in a separate session.
