<![CDATA[60fps videos on Opera drop frames]]>60fps videos on Youtube drop a few frames every few seconds which causes slight stutter. I'm on Manjaro , was on Mint before and it was the same. h254ify addon installed and GPU override flag is enabled. Video decoding in opera://media-internals is FFMpeg. Firefox with forced on hardware acceleration and banned webm format plays the same h264 video with 0 drops. What's the problem here?

debug	ISO-BMFF container metadata for video frame indicates that the frame is a keyframe, but the video frame contents indicate the opposite

I think this error is related to the frame drop. I installed Opera through Manjaro software center (pamac). opera-ffmpeg-codecs 78.0.3904.108-1 installed with it.
