I exported my passwords which gave me a .csv file.  However in Opera there seems to be no import function.  I looked at an old thread on the mac boards here but it's answer no longer works and the mod in there was kinda rude.  Dude kept posting without answering the question and then the solution he tried to provide doesn't work but the thread is locked anyway.</p>

<p dir="auto">--enable-features=PasswordImport switch</p>
<p dir="auto">restart the browser</p>
<p dir="auto">go to chrome://settings/passwords</p>
<p dir="auto">click on the three dots next to Saved Passwords and you'll see it..</p>
<p dir="auto">Or this -</p>
<p dir="auto">First flag to enable: Temporarily unexpire M76 flags.</p>
<p dir="auto">Restart opera</p>
<p dir="auto">second flag to enable: Password import</p>
<p dir="auto">chrome://flags/#PasswordImport</p>
