<![CDATA[Browser Notifications Bugged Vs hardware Acceleration / and Delay Loading tabs in background]]>1.I got big problem my Browser Nitifications dont work corretly (they dont appear (or appearr and dissapear instanlty)
or they dont reflesh after i go onto site or they perma show on site .
I Noticed there is problem with that vs Hardware acceleration ON ( i can turn off but my CPU cant handle all tabs after some time ) any idea how to fix ?

After some hours of teting i figured out that basicaly i need turn off Hardware acceleration and Delay Loading for tabs in background to fix but it was working 3 months ago (at september ) was Opera Updated ? from that date ? i also changed GPU

p.s i even broked my Opera with reset to default button option which reseted my whole browser xD (but this didint helped at all )
