Anyway, it's probably due to Facebook be blocking Opera.

There is no animation. It is as if I posted an image. Also it is not clear how Gif Booster can be used. Finally, some articles suggest that it can be done thru Settings and Preferences. But there is no Preferences in my version of Opera, and it is the latest update.
