As in, turn the feature off and then turn it back on.</p>

Click Control Panel<br />
Click Programs<br />
Click Turn Windows features on or off.</p>
<p dir="auto">Look in there to see if there's some Windows Media codecs feature or something too.</p>

Test in that Opera, but do not enable Opera Sync, do not enable Opera's adblocker and do not install any extensions.</p>
<p dir="auto">How do things work there?</p>
<p dir="auto">For DRM tests, if necessary, goto the URL <code>opera://components</code> and make sure Widevine is updated. Just make sure it's version 4 something.</p>
