Not sure what type of video can not be played.  How can I identify the video type and how do I get it to play.</p>

If so, you'll need <a href="https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack</a> to play some videos in Opera.</p>
<p dir="auto">Also, if there's an issue with your GPU and or GPU driver, you might need to goto the URL <code>opera://settings/system</code>, disable hardware acceleration and restart.</p>
<p dir="auto">Next time it happens though, post the URL to the Twitter post here.</p>

<p dir="auto">After trying to play the video, goto the URL <code>opera://media-internals</code> in a new tab. On that page, expand the section for the player in question. In all the details, it'll give you the type of video, the type of audio and the errors that happened.</p>
