From time to time ( sometimes once a week, sometime more often like once a day ) Opera stops loading sites. Well, not everything stops loading, as all the sites I have loaded on a number of tabs before this happens work fine as normal, but whenever I try to load anything on a new tab or a completely new Opera process, than nothing happens and it can be in this state for like 30 minutes ( thats most I tried )
And this lasts differently, sometimes after 15 minutes all gets fixed and I can use Opera fine again, but sometimes it lasts for few days and I have to do a restart to get it working again. I'm on Windows 7 64-bit.
      Any clues are welcome. Thanks.

Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to a folder named "Opera Test" on your desktop, set "install for" to "standalone installation", make sure "import from default browser" is unchecked and install. Test in that Opera but don't enable Opera Sync, don't install any extensions, don't enable VPN and don't enable Opera's adblocker. See if that's work fine there. If so, it's probably an extension or setting in Opera or a corrupted profile.

If that Opera still misbehaves, I'd look for something outside Opera interfering with Opera. Also, create a new user account on Windows to test Opera in to see if it's just your Windows user account that's messed up.
