Opera 66.0.3511.0 developer update

But in Opera's dark theme, on the bookmarks page, when you hover over folders, they are highlighted in white, making them unreadable.

@andrew84: Depending on status of new popout implementation we will adjust accrodingly before O66 hits stable to mkae sure . Unfortunatelly problem with video popout freezing is caused by another fix that came from chromium and with our current implementation we can't have both issues fixed.

@gmiazga Thanks for the info. If possible, make it to look similar to the Opera popup (I mean buttons positions/style/size) and allow using mouse's wheel to adjust volume while the cursor hovers volume indicator icon (like in youtube's player) or when cursor is just on the popup.

Pop out video is 50% Opera and 50% Chrome.
It can be moved around Tabs and Apps, despite the control buttons it works fine.
