i need a little help !

mine vpn doesn,t work ,and every time when i open a tab,there is a pop up ,it says ,please sign in ,proxy requiers a username and password.
i.m from holland,living in germany.

am I right that this does not happen with Opera's built-in VPN, but when using the extension Free Avira Phantom VPN?
