Get-FileHash .\Opera_65.0.3467.42_Setup_x64.exe | Format-List

to check the hash of the installer to make sure it's the same as the hash listed in the Opera_65.0.3467.42_Setup_x64.exe.sha256sum file on the server. Then, you can uninstall Opera while keeping your data and then reinstall using the installer you downloaded and checked to make sure things are good.

But, that's only if you really wanted to. If got the Opera installer from Opera's site, it's good and BitDefender just has a false positive.

For now you could just set Bitdefender to bypass Opera's directory.
