Situation:

1. Have regular window and private windows with vpn enabled open.
2. in the Private have some downloads active
3. i start download in regular window, and Ctrl+J shows no downloads
4. but in the Private downloads single row of download keeps changing
   Name and path back in for.
   This is one of the strange thing i started to notice since you changed
   Downloads look and feel - so buggy.
