Just installed Opera Version 64 (was not aware until you asked, that there was a newer version).
It appears that the problem has been fixed in version 64. All sites seem to be staying logged in so far.

Can't imagine why any 3rd party programs would be touching Opera data. Nothing running that affects other browsers. Normally only file manager and browser are running. Sometimes use test editor or pdf reader, but problems occurs even if new boot session and nothing but Opera running.

Yes, Cookies Enabled, Not cleared at exit, and Extenstions disabled. This is a brand new install of Opera.

Removal of cookies on exit is turned off? There aren't any third party programas that may be deleting your data?

Did you checked with extensions disabled and with a clean Opera profile as instructed?
