I also had to reset my sync data yet again due to the reinstallaiton of Opera Android caused my copy of Opera on Windows 10 to create a duplicate Speed Dial entry for my tablet. This has turned out to be a major hassle since I am now constantly being bombarded with emails from Opera notifying me of a new sign in Every Single Time I signed in to both browsers and even to Opera sync and the Opera forums! It's annoying. The windows version of Opera I am using has been installed on the same machine I had since my hard drive replacement and has never been totally 100% uninstalled then reinstalled. I only downgraded it back to Opera 58 due to my dislike of the latest update a few months ago. I understand that factory resetting an android device might cause these emails to be generated when I signed back in, but why would they be generated for a PC version of Opera that has never been factory reset?! Is there a way I can stop these emails from spamming my inbox without changing my email address or password?

I found the notification setting for that in my profile. However, I'm not too happy about having to totally disable that since now I'll never be notified about any sign ins that could potentially be from someone other than me.
