Can we have a button that forces Tabs to sync between Windows browser and Android browser?

There is nothing worse than having to open Opera in Windows expecting the tabs you had going in your phone/tablet will just magically be there but more often than not, they are not there. When I say more often, it is a lottery winning ticket to see Tabs.

This has been one of the longest annoyances and we need to get this fixed because it is very important. Think of how useful this feature is for someone who needs 1 device to be able to continue their work on another device. It has been one of the best features ever to be made in browsers.

So this is more of a begging rather than a request to fix a 'bug' as it has been a very extremely excruciatingly long time this has been going on. People rely on this technology, for work, school, etc. Please make open Tabs syncing work. Please add something on the side bar that Forces it to sync.

Thank you.

I am hopeful the developers are aware of it, let's wait and see what they tell us and whether a fix for Sync / Tabs etc is on the way.

The PC can now see the Laptop and Tablet but not Phone. The Tabs section on the sidebar now shows up but it randomly goes away at times.
I believe a better Sync strategy is needed with a "Force sync" or "Sync Now" option. Can we have the devs look into this please? thank you.

Interesting, I didn't know this address. I don't use Opera Sync, but I often have dozens of tabs open and for a better overview I often wish I could have them displayed in list form. Via this address this is possible. Unfortunately, entries in this list cannot be marked, e.g. to copy the page title or the web address from there to the clipboard.

As for the laptop it does not even show as a device. Have both running. Synchronization is on but it just does not see the laptop at all. Restarting the browser still does nothing.

Also I went to https://sync.opera.com/web/ and clicked on "Devices" where it does recognize the laptop and shows all devices. Phone, Tablet, Laptop. The main problem is that open tabs have never synced properly, and appears to be a random issue. The sidebar Tabs icon is not persistent. And the top Tabs menu shows only the tablet (but not any open tabs on the tablet), and the laptop is not seen on the tabs menu at all.

Reset Sync data did not help, and I have done this in the past as well. Both PC are on and tablet is on as well, always connected.

at least here it works fine on 2 accounts on Stable and Dev.

Is it the tabs section on the sidebar? Because that appears randomly and sometimes its not there at all.

Also open tabs don't sync correctly so its a hit or miss. For example I closed all tabs on the Android device, but going to Opera://activity shows they are still open.
