And O Menu not Showing - the X close and mimamise not showing..

ok but opera Regular mode/Light & Dark theme is fine - i think lol..

i only installed this Opera Dev Portable 64 bit v66.0.3480.0 recently

and it may be off topic but it solved my login problems too !

i can now sign in to opera forum in Regular Mode And Or Private Mode !
