<![CDATA[[Solved]Disable start Animation on GX?]]>The new Opera GX is a fantastic looking Browser.

With that said, is it possible to disable the Startscreen with the Spinning Opera Logo?

The Normal Opera starts/loads in no time while the GX needs 4-6seks due to the animation on Start.
So it is really annoying to open it and i see myself to use the Normal Opera more cause it opens faster.

Did i overlook a Option or is it currently not Possible do disable it?

so i did a little Research on my original/old/renamed Profile...
After copying File after File i found whats the Problem.
i can copy every file and Folder with no problem.
But if i copy the "Local State" File, the Animation appears EVERY TIME.
All Files after the named file doesn't result in problems

So i deleted it, and it was generated again on the next start. Now everything is fine. 🙂

i just tried to rename the Profile-Folder (%appdata%/\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera GX Stable) and as soon as i start and restart opera GX it doesnt appear anymore. When i use my Original Profile-Folder, it appears EVERY Time... so it seems like it has to do with my Profile.
