Print as searchable pdf

In the last Opera browser for Windows, 64.0.3417.61, on Win10, when I print a page as pdf, the output pdf file is not searchable, but is like an image. The previous version of Opera had printed as searchable pdf, but this feature has gone. Can you check this issue please ?

I tried with https://arstechnica.com/, hit ctrl + p, set the destination to "save as pdf" and saved it to a pdf file. I then opened it up in both Adobe Reader and Opera. Ctrl + F worked fine for search text in the pages.
I tried the same thing with Opera's "Save as PDF" snapshot feature and searching worked fine there too.
Are you printing to a specific PDF driver like CutePDF?

I printed this page with Ctrl+P, with McrooftToPDF printer, and output as not searchable pdf. Version Opera: 64.0.3417.61.
P.S. Saving page with SaveAs PDF is not the same thing !

I tested with the Microsoft PDF printer built into Windows 10. I can confirm the issue with Opera 64. But, I can also confirm the issue with Chrome and Opera 63. None of them are searchable. Maybe something in Chromium changed or the driver changed.
Can you find a version of Opera where it works as expected?
P.S. Saving page with SaveAs PDF is not the same thing !
The right-click on page -> save as pdf feature is not the same. But, the "save as pdf" print destination in the print dialog should work like a regular pdf printer where things are paginated etc.
