<p dir="auto">Is it normal that when I open Opera, service with name "<strong>opera_crashreporter.exe</strong>" stays active till I close, even the option "<strong>Automatically send crash reports to Opera</strong>" is in status OFF!</p>

The option is to about sending or not the reports and not about creating them.</p>
