<![CDATA[60fps YouTube videos only playing at 30fps on MacOS Catalina]]>Hi,

I am a avid MacOs user and on MacOs Mojave 60fps YouTube videos played back in full 60fps but once I updated to MacOs Catalina sometimes videos will cap at 30fps, sometimes it works fine but sometimes it caps.

I am using the latest version of MacOs Catalina and Opera.
